In this 4-week course you will be guided through the levels of consciousness (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, energetic), as well as the additional layers of modern living (exchanging, eating, moving, sleeping, meditating, and breathing). You will learn how to optimize your cycles, and integrate all of that information you are tagging from different books, apps, and traditions in one place - Mastering Your Moon.
Each of us are unique - your energy, your personality, your body, your purpose. Your soul desires to learn something through your life, which is why it is imperative for you to learn your unique technology.
The aspects we will cover in this course are ideal when activated through you and your uniqueness. You will need to exchange with yourself and the energies present each week of the month. I encourage you to use it for at least six months because we come full circle in a six-month lunar cycle.
You'll learn how to use the lunar stage, the menstrual cycle, the stage of womanhood, the element of nature, the seasons of nature, the ideal form of exercise and food, meditation and spiritual practices, approach to business and work and finances, ways of relating with ourselves and others.
